Legal information · Draft
Terms & conditions
These draft terms establish the intended framework for a European research-compound storefront. They are not ready for commercial use until completed and reviewed for the operating company and each target market.
Seller identity
Seller: [INSERT LEGAL COMPANY NAME], [LEGAL FORM], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], registration number [NUMBER], VAT number [VAT], email [EMAIL].
Eligibility and intended use
Products are offered only for lawful laboratory, analytical and research use. They are not medicinal products and are not intended for human or veterinary administration. The customer must be legally capable of purchasing and handling the selected materials in the destination country.
Product information
Images and packaging may vary by batch. Product pages must state the material, quantity, price including or excluding applicable tax as configured, availability, storage information and any relevant restrictions. Unsupported therapeutic claims are not part of the contract.
Ordering and payment
The customer can review and correct the cart before checkout. A contract is formed only when the order is accepted. The final action is labelled “Order & Pay securely” to indicate an obligation to pay. Payment is processed by Stripe and may require Strong Customer Authentication.
Delivery and risk
Supported countries, delivery charges and estimates are shown before payment. Risk passes as required by mandatory consumer law. The customer must provide a complete, accurate and lawful delivery address.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Final limitations must be drafted for the seller’s jurisdiction, product classification and target-customer model.
Governing law and complaints
Insert the seller’s governing law and competent courts without depriving EU consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. The discontinued EU ODR platform must not be presented as an active complaint channel.
